Ordering & Shipping Info
Our transactions are handled through PayPal as we have found this the most convenient and secure way for customers to place and pay for an order.
Please use the "Add to cart" buttons to add items to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, review your cart's content, make any desired changes then continue on to pay for your items with PayPal.
Existing PayPal customers: login at the checkout stage and pay as usual
If you do not have a PayPal account: PayPal accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or you can create a PayPal account by following the instructions on your screen.
Free Shipping on Canadian orders totalling $100 or more
Non Standard Requests
If you would rather not use the on-line shopping cart, please send us an email listing the items along with your complete mailing address and postal code. An invoice will be emailed to you once applicable taxes and shipping cost are determined.
You will have the option to send in a cheque. After your payment has been processed, your order will be shipped.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated for destinations in Canada and the United States. For other destinations, please email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and shipping cost will be determined and emailed to you. After your payment has been processed, your order will be shipped.
Packaging & Shipping
All orders are sent by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
Orders are carefully packed using eco-friendly packaging (whenever possible) and by re-using packaging materials from supplies sent to us.
